Are You Suffering from Writer’s Block?

Are you suffering from writer’s block? A change of scenery might help. Grab your digital notepad, or if you’re old-fashioned like me, your pen and paper, and find a new place to write. The airport, a nearby park, a school playground, or a shopping center. Watch the people interact. Look at your surroundings in a new light. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds. Breathe in the smells. Then release your inner muse and write, write, write. Don’t edit or second-guess yourself. Just open up and write from the heart. You might be pleasantly surprised with the results!
